Every young teenager is searching for who they are, this will lead to many, many mistakes. For me i believe in school you are taught a lesson and you do a test. However, in life you do a test and learn a lesson. If you are like me you either have to learn the hard way, or make a mistake multiple times before you actually learn from it. In all honesty it doesn't really matter what age you are, there is always room for you to learn something new.
Now, from speaking to a number of adults in their 40s i have found they have a very strong opinion of how teenagers behave today. The thing that they seem to focus on most is the love lives of young teens, they are very different to the way they used to be. Going back to when our parents were young, you were either going out with someone or you were single. However, in this day and age it's simply not like that it's a lot more complicated.
Nowadays, there is dating, seeing, single and having fun, friends with benefits and relationships. It's all so messed up and in more ways than one, heart breaking. Everyone, feels differently in so many ways, due to what they have been through, etc. If you look more closely, due to the many differences of all of these different labels it is clear why so many hearts are so easily broken. If you ask me our parents had it right, you should either be single or be in a relationship with someone.
Being an 18 year old girl, i have realised how different my opinion is to other people my age. I have been involved in every label i have mentioned above and believe me there would definitely be a lot less heartbreak if we learned from our parents. No matter how much we really don't want to admit it, our parents are always right in the end.

Twilight - Breaking Dawn Part 1
The latest release of the Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1 is something that we have all been sitting on the edge of our seats for awaiting it's arrival. For those of us who have followed the series since the books, it is truly amazing to see it on screen. It is the story of true love and that is what makes so many fans so attached to the saga. It is an emotional journey watching Bella and Edward meet and fall for one another. The thing that makes it more believable, is the fact that neither one of them is perfect. They simply accept each other for who they are, the good and the bad, especially the bad. It's heart breaking watching them being torn apart in the second of the series, and heart melting when they find one another again. You are drawn deeply into the story, because looking at different aspects of Bella and Edward's relationship, there is always somewhere where you can relate.
Breaking Dawn lived up to my expectations, i am a true believer that the book is always going to be better. However, i definitely think the film did it justice. The wedding at the beginning was so tasteful and traditional, the scene showed how pure and true the love between Bella and Edward is. Bella just like any bride to be was extremely nervous walking down the isle. Kristen Stewart conveyed the nerves perfectly, she kept them true to the character. Bella has never liked attention, and the way Stewart portrayed the nerves allowed the shy Bella to shine through. However, as soon as Bella's eyes met Edward's it was clear that all she now saw was him. He was her forever, and at this moment it proves to the audience just how perfect they are for each other.
Furthermore, the moment Charlie and Bella share their good bye brings a tear to your eye. Charlie and Bella both share the same trait that they aren't big on talking or showing emotion. However, even though we can sense the awkwardness of the situation, we get to see a heart to heart father, daughter moment. It was beautiful to watch, bringing forth the ties of family. Bella may be leaving her family behind for Edward, but they will always remain close to her heart.
When Edward takes Bella to the Isle of Esme on their honeymoon, it brings the audience to the moment they have all been waiting for. Throughout the series it has been an intense build up to them having sex. Due to the strength of a vampire, this is obviously very dangerous, and there will be consequences. However, it's what Bella wants and Edward promised he would try. During the sex scene Edward breaks the bed, which get's a few laughs out of the audience. It was intense, yet humorous at the same time. It was the perfect way to portray how their first time having sex happened. Bella was so happy the next morning. However, Edward was hating himself because he had bruised Bella's shoulders and arms. This led to Edward avoiding having sex with Bella as much as possible. She was getting frustrated, but she wore sexy underwear which teased Edward. During one of the moments she does this he turns over on the bed and growls. Bella teasing Edward with sexy underwear, this makes it more real to the audience as many girls like to tease the guys they are with. It adds more fun to their relationship, considering everything between them has always been so serious. However, Bella get's emotional about not having sex with Edward which makes him cave in.
It wasn't thought possible that Bella could get pregnant, due to Edward being a vampire. Although the unexpected happened and Bella was with child. When Edward is taking in what Bella has just realised he stands there completely still, in shock. This can be a lot of guys reactions if they found out the girl they were with was now pregnant with their baby. However, his was more down to fear for Bella's life.
This is the point in their relationship where the couple are divided. It is believed that the only possible result of this baby is Bella's death. Therefore, Edward believes that the right thing to do is get the baby out of her. He isn't going to allow the reason for his existence to be taken away from him. However, Bella has other ideas. She calls Rosalie for back up, they have never gotten along but Bella knows that Rosalie is the only one who will understand her in this situation. Bella wants to keep the baby, no matter what risks it poses to herself. I agree with Edward if something was going to take what you loved the most away from you, you are obviously going to everything in your power to keep them alive. Even if that means killing your own baby.
Bella get's her own way, but the baby is growing fast, and is draining her body of all nutrition. At this rate Bella isn't going to survive. The degree of deterioration of Bella's body is done so carefully and well, that the audience are completely taken a back by her appearance after only two weeks on pregnancy.
Edward knows there is a connection between Bella and Jacob, even if he has never been able to understand it. Therefore, he asks Jacob for his help, in order to save Bella's life. But Jacob doesn't understand why considering Bella has never listened to him before. He is proved right as Bella will not give up her baby. Jacob leaves an upset Bella, as he can't stand around and watch her kill herself. It is horrible to watch Bella by all alone in the pregnancy. There isn't anyone who understands where she is coming from, apart from Rosalie. Edward is meant to be there for her through everything, it's part of what their vows are about. But instead his stubbornness makes him block her out, due to his hatred for the child.
It isn't until he places his hand on her stomach and hears the babies thoughts, that he supports Bella's decision. He realises that the baby isn't a monster, but is very like Bella. It is a beautiful family scene to watch, it is the very moment the baby becomes part of the family. It is no longer referred to as "the thing" or "the fetus". These made the baby seem like a piece of trash that isn't worth anything, as though it was a vulgar monster. This baby didn't ask to be born, it was created out of love.
Due to Sam ordering the pack to kill Bella due to what she is carrying inside her, Jacob stands up as Alpha and leaves the pack. To his surprise and he was followed by Seth and his sister Leah, he wanted them to go home but they refused. Jacob warned the Cullen's and he stayed to protect Bella. No matter how he felt about Bella's decision, he couldn't allow her to be hurt. This is very admirable of him, he is putting his feelings aside in order to protect the girl he loves. He even disowned his pack for her, this conveys how strongly he feels for her. It breaks your heart to know that no matter how much he loves her, he can never have her. Her love for him just isn't as strong as her love for Edward. Everyone has been in the position where they haven't gotten the one that they wanted, it hurts so much that words can't even describe. But you move on and you find someone else, Jacob will one day find someone he can love more. Furthermore, Jacob's snide comment about what the baby craves, blood, is the very thing which helps Bella to cope better with the pregnancy.
When Carlisle, Esme and Emmett are out on the hunt, Bella's bones crack and she goes into labour. They have no choice but to deliver the baby without the help of Carlisle. The birth is truly grotesque and makes the audience cower away from the screen. Edward retrieves the scalpel and cuts Bella's stomach open while she is awake. You feel sick sitting watching her screaming out in pain, the sound of the cutting makes you cringe. If you weren't afraid of giving birth before this film, you will be now. There is blood everywhere, it's as though a massacre is taking place rather than a birth. Once the baby is out, Bella has just enough time to hold the baby, before her body is completely still. Rosalie takes the baby, allowing Edward to inject his venom straight to Bella's heart. Followed by giving her cpr, but there is no reaction from Bella. He bites her everywhere trying to get as much venom in he system as possible. Jacob believes she is dead and leaves the room. Once outside he breaks down in a fit of tears, this is seen by the pack members he left behind, leading them to put their plan of killing the baby into action. However, Jacob begins to get angry and goes back inside the house to kill the baby himself.
Once he locks eyes with baby Renesme he imprints on her, this being the packs absolute law. Therefore, they will no longer harm the baby.
Bella lies writhing in pain as she is in transition of becoming a vampire, although to everyone looking at her it looks as though she is simply in a deep sleep. The film ends with her eyes opening, they are no longer brown but blood red. In my mind this is the perfect ending to the first part of the film.
There is mixed opinions about the Twilight Saga, it seems to be a love or hate series. Stephanie Myer may not be the best writer in the world, but her story line is beautiful to watch unravel and captures the hearts of so many of her fans. She has now gripped her fans for another year as they await the arrival of Breaking Dawn, Part 2 in November 2012.
